Ingredients

Why do I insist on using Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt in almost all my recipes? Why do I prefer Dijon mustard, and why does smoked paprika make a frequent appearance in my recipes? If you're curious about the reasoning behind my choice of ingredients, this is where I explain these choices and why they make a difference.
